Golden Bear Golf Booking

Throughout the year, one Monthly Tournament will be arranged, whenever possible on the 3rd Thursday of each month.   


Every game will be followed by a "Social Event", which will include an evening meal and details of these will be given when the Entry Sheet is published for each fixture. The evening meal events are not only for the golfers but also their family & friends who can attend as Golden Bear guests.


Although we will make every effort to stick with the schedule, changes are sometimes inevitable. Check this Website regularly for the latest details. 


Please note that evening meal details & menu selections will be accessible when the lead organiser on the day emails you with details for you to return your choices before the event and attendees are requested to promptly submit their selections. 


The final "Cut Off" date for entries for the golf & meal is one week before the fixture and amendments after this date must be individually agreed by the Golden Bear committee.


Please use the Golden Bear Bookings app on the right of this page to make your bookings. Each golfer needs to complete a separate form, it is NOT POSSIBLE to add 2 players onto a single booking request.

To make a booking, simply:-


-   Click on the ‘Register’ button on the relevant Event box


A window will open inviting you to enter the following details:-


-   Name, email address (you can only use an email address once per event)
-   Check box if you require a buggy

-   Check box if you are a members of that golf course
-   Check box if you are an SGF member

-  Check the box if you want to attend the evening meal and the number of guests, not including yourself

-   Click ‘Register’
 
After a short while you will receive a ‘You Successfully Registered’ confirmation in your email inbox .
